DIVERSITY OF PERU

Day 1  Lima Arrival in Lima and hotel transfer. 

Day 2  Lima Half day city tour to visit the colonial and modern  districts and visit to the Larco Herrera Museum.  

Day 3  Lima - Paracas Transfer along the Panamericana highway to reach Paracas including visit of Pachacamac (only for groups).  

Day 4  Paracas - Ica - Nazca Boat excursion to visit Ballestas Islands for wildlife observation. Afterwards continue along the Panamericana to Nazca. En route visit of the Regional Museum of Ica and Huacachina Oasis. Optional: Over flight of the mysterious Nazca Lines.  

Day 5  Nazca -  Arequipa Full day transfer to Arequipa (for FIT´s overnight bus with   arrival on the following day).  

Day 6  Arequipa  Half day city tour of colonial Arequipa including visit of the  Santa Catalina Monastery.  

Day 7  Arequipa - Colca Canyon Continue to Colca Canyon for a 2-day Colca Canyon package including spectacular panoramic views. Lunch in Chivay.  Dinner and overnight at the hotel. 

Day 8  Colca Canyon - Puno In the morning visit of the “Mirador Cruz del Condor”.  Transfer to Puno including box-lunch.  

Day 9  Puno Full day excursion on Lake Titicaca to visit the Uros Indians and Taquile Island. 

Day 10 Puno - Cusco Full day first class tourist bus journey along the Andean high plateau passing small villages. Visit of Racchi and Andahuaylillas is included.  

Day 11 Cusco  Half day city tour of Cusco including the visit of the ruins around Cusco like Sacsayhuaman. 

Day 12 Cusco - Sacred Valley - Cusco Full day excursion to visit the famous Pisac market and the  ruins of Ollantaytambo. 

Day 13 Cusco - Machu Picchu - Cusco Full day excursion by Vistadome train to the famous ruin site of Machu Picchu inclusive lunch. Guided visit of the ruins. Return to Cusco. 

Day 14 Cusco - Lima Transfer to the airport and flight to Lima for your individual   departure flight.
