10-day trip in Iran THR-THR

Itinerary for a 10-day trip in Iran 

Day 1  
- Arrive in Tehran at 23:20 by Iran Air - Transfer to hotel  - Overnight: Tehran 

Day 2  
- Early morning flight to Shiraz  - Excursion to Persepolis, Naghsh-e Rostam and Naghsh-e Rajab - Afternoon city tour of Shiraz to visit the tomb of Hafiz and Shah Cheragh Mausoleum  - Overnight: Shiraz 

Day 3  
- Full day city tour of SHIRAZ to visit the main highlights of the city including  - NASIR AL MOLK mosque (pink mosque) - Citadel of KARIMKHAN ZAND  - VAKIL complex (bath, mosque, bazaar) - NARENJESTAN QAVAM - ERAM garden  - Mausoleum of Sadi  - Overnight:
SHIRAZ 

Day 4  
- Morning drive to Yazd - Stop at Pasargadae to visit the tomb of Cyrus the great  - Continue driving to Yazd  - Overnight: Yazd 

Day 5  
- Full day city tour of YAZD including  - DAKHME (towers of silence)  - Zoroastrian fire temple - Yazd Jami mosque remained from Ilkhanid dynasty with its amazing ceramics - FAHADAN neighborhood (the old city) - AMIR CHAKHMAQ square  - Water supply  - Overnight: YAZD 

Day 6  
- Morning drive to Isfahan - Afternoon visit to the historical bridges of Sio-Se Pol and Khajou  - Free time to visit Bazaar - Overnight: Isfahan 

Day 7  
- Full day city tour of ISFAHAN including  - NAGHSH-I-JAHAN complex  (ABBASI mosque, SHEYKH LOTF ALLAH mosque,     ALI QAPOU palace, QEYSARIYE bazaar) - CHEHL SOTUN palace - VANK cathedral and Armenian corner - HASHT BEHESHT palace - Overnight: ISFAHAN 

Day 8  
- Morning drive to Tehran - Stop at Kashan to visit the main highlights of the city including  - Fin garden - Sialk hill  - Boroujerdi historical house - Continue driving to Tehran - Overnight: Tehran 
 
Day 9  
- Full day city tour of TEHRAN including  - GOLESTAN palace - The archeological section of the national museum  - Crown – Jewels museum (only opens from SAT to TUE) - Carpet museum  - Milad tower - Overnight: TEHRAN 

Day 10  
- Transfer to hotel to take flight back home  

* The itinerary has the possibility to change depending on date & time of arrival & departure  Note:    All the museums (neither Palaces nor mosques , only museums) are closed on Mondays   Golestan Palace is closed on Sundays    Crown Jewels museum is open on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays from 14:00 – 16:00  Hotels could be replaced with similar hotel in same category
