Day 1 Airport to Colombo

• Meet and Greet at the Airport
• Optional visit to fishing village
• Transfer to Hotel in Colombo
• Check in at Hotel, relax and recover from your flight
• Overnight at hotel

Day 2 Negombo to Sigiriya/Dambulla

• Breakfast at Hotel
• En route visit the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage, home to approx 60 elephants. Watch the baby elephants play and bathe in the river; watch them being fed, or feed them yourself (optional).
• Reach Dambulla and check in at Hotel
• Evening  climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress enjoying magnificent views, visit the Frescoes inside the fortress and be marveled by the wonder of this ancient “cloud swept city”
• Return to hotel for overnight

Day 3 Sigirya

• Breakfast at Hotel
• Excursion to Polonnaruwa, the other ancient city in Sri-Lanka’s so called “Cultural Triangle”. The awe inspiring architecture, rock carvings and murals of this ancient kingdom is reflective of its intriguing history. Notable sites include The Citadel, which are the remains of the Royal Palace, The Quadrangle of temples and shrines.
• Optional visit to Polonnaruwa Museum
• Optional visit to Hiriwadunna village - experience the charm & simplistic beauty of this archetypal village
• Overnight at Hotel

Day 4 Sigiriya to Kandy

• Breakfast at hotel  and proceed to Kandy
• Proceed to Kandy via Dambulla
• Visit Dambulla cave temple
• Thereafter proceed to Kandy with a Stop at a spice garden-route to witness how the traditional spices are grown
• Visit Kandy tooth relic temple
• Late afternoon reach Kandy, known to be the center for the Arts in Sri-Lanka
• Shopping in Kandy
• Attend a Folklore show with Kandyan dancers and drummers, fire-walk performances ,  in the evening (Optional)
• Overnight at Hotel

Sneak Peak: Dambulla - Kandy

Day 5 Kandy to Nuwara Eliya 

• Breakfast at Hotel and proceed to Nuwara Eliya
• Visit Peradeniya Botanical Gardens – one of the finest in Asia, which dates back to the 14th century (Optional)
• Journey up through the hills, passing waterfalls (Ramboda Falls), pine and eucalyptus forests and vast green tea estates. Many optional photo stops en-route.
• Visit a tea factory, where you will not only enjoy a cup of freshly brewed Ceylon tea but will also have the opportunity to witness the intricacies involved in its manufacturing process.
• By late afternoon, reach Nuwara Eliya, the “city above the clouds” at 1980m above sea level. A golf course, race course for horse racing, English country style cottages and planters bungalows are all witnesses of its colonial past.
• Overnight at hotel

Sneak Peak: Nuwara Eliya - Ramboda Fallas

Day 6 Nuwara Eliya to Yala

• Breakfast at Hotel
• Leave for Yala home to a National Park and Wild Life Sanctuary
• Optional visit to Rawana Falls en-route
• Optional Evening Safari at Yala National Park
• Reach Yala by afternoon
• Return to Hotel for overnight

Day 7 Yala to Bentota

• Breakfast at Hotel
• Early morning Safari at Yala National Park to experience close encounters with a variety of wildlife; elephants, leopards, wild buffalo, spotted deer etc.
• Optional visit to still fishing in Weligama
• Proceed to Bentota via Galle for sightseeing of old Dutch fort ramparts with lighthouse with a panoramic view natural harbor - one more world heritage site.
• Reach Bentota by evening
• Relax and enjoy on the beach
• Overnight at hotel

Day 8 Bentota

• Breakfast at hotel
• Visit to Moonstone mines
• Optional Visit to turtle hatchery
• Relax and enjoy on the beach
• Overnight at Hotel

Day 9 Bentota to Colombo

• Breakfast at Hotel
• Proceed to Colombo
• City tour of Colombo commencing with a visit to the Fort and the Pettah commercial hub with offices and shopping areas located amidst oldest colonial hotel GOH. It has a fantastic view of the Colombo harbor, lighthouse with clock tower (older than Big Ben in London) close to the president’s house and old parliament. Afterwards, proceed through the main street passing the old Dutch Museum, belfry and old City Hall which houses puppets of earlier governors of Sri Lanka, Grand Red Mosque and Sea Street Hindu Temple). 
• Stop will be made at the Old Dutch hospital with shops and restaurants facing Sri Lanka’s twin tower buildings. Continue to the old race course with a maze of buildings with colonial architecture, restaurants and shopping arcade passing through Colombo City Hall (mini replica of the White House in Washington, DC)
• Evening before dinner visit to floating market to view Colombo by night
• Overnight at hotel

Sneak Peak: Galle - Colombo - Dutch Hospital

Day 10 Colombo to Airport

• Breakfast at Hotel
• Optional City tour of Colombo, if time permits
• Thereafter proceed to airport with an abundance of memories from your mystique adventures in Sri Lanka
